As our products are perishable, they cannot be returned or exchanged. Please contact our Customer Care if you experience any issues.
Subscription cancellations do not apply to orders that have already been processed. If a cancellation occurs mid-subscription, a Cancellation Penalty of IDR 100,000 per canceled month will apply.

We use Same Day Delivery in Surabaya to ensure product freshness. Please store in the freezer upon arrival.
We do not accept orders below 100 grams per daily pack. A refund will be issued after payment if below minimum.
Meal plan delivery can be postponed for a maximum of 4 weeks. If not rescheduled, it will be shipped to the confirmed address.
Requests to modify your ongoing meal plan must be submitted 2 weeks before the delivery date.
